Some heavy hitters are joining Cats: The Musical Movie.
The SF Gate reports that Jennifer Hudson, Taylor Swift, Ian McKellen have joined the cast.
The movie will be directed by Tom Hooper.
Hudson will play ?glamour cat? Grizabella.
Production is expected to begin later this year on the film.
?Cats" ran on Broadway from 1982-2000.
