Shawn Mendes just spilled on what he texted Hailey Baldwin after learning she was engaged to Justin Bieber.
According to Extra, in a recent interview Mendes explained he was happy for Hailey and Justin.
I texted Hailey the other day, I said congratulations ? that's what it is. I think everybody wants there to be more.
Shawn and Hailey always claimed to be just friends, but walked the red carpet at the 2018 Met Gala together.
