Guy Fieri was chosen to curate a barbecue experience at the Stagecoach festival. According to UPROXX, Fieri said he said yes to the opportunity because it?s a great experience. When asked to talk about the barbecue vendors he chose Fieri said ?everybody?s got a style.? He said that barbecue is not just meat and beans but that it?s about ?the experience.? Fieri said that in that moment of the interview his favorite meat style/grilling was ?burnt ends.?
