Lauren Ridloff has been cast for Season 9 of ?The Walking Dead? for a multiple-episode arc. According to SFGate, Ridloff is the first deaf actress to be featured in the series. In the show she will be playing a character named Connie who is also deaf. Ridloff was nominated this year for a Tony Award. She was nominated for Best Performance by an Actress in a Leading Role in a Play.
