Tom Petty's family released a previously unheard song on Wednesday, July 12. The song from the late rocker is a preview of a box set full of new discoveries. The song is called "Keep A Little Soul" and a music video was released to accompany the single that features archived concert footage and personal videos. According to Channel24, Petty's family said it discovered the song from tapes of the sessions in which he recorded his 1982 album Long After Dark. His daughter, Adria Petty, and widow, Dana Petty, said that the box set spans all 40 years of his career. They also said that they expect more new music to be released in the future.
