VIDEO : ?Sharp Objects? Premiere Scores Big For HBO

HBO may have a new hit on its hands. Its newest series ?Sharp Objects? landed 1.5 million viewers in its Sunday debut. Adding the first replay and some preliminary viewing on HBO Go and HBO Now platforms, the premiere audience grows to 2.1 million viewers. The number of viewers marks the best start for an HBO original series since ?Westworld? in 2016. It?s 36 percent higher than the premiere of 2017?s ?Big Little Lies.
