According to The Hollywood Reporter, Rosario Dawson is returning to the small screen. The Luke Cage actress will join USA Network's drama pilot Briarpatch. Briarpatch is based on the Ross Thomas novel of the same name. The drama follows Allegra "Pick" Dill played by Dawson as she works as a tenacious and skilled investigator in Washington, D.C.The drama, from Universal Cable Productions, is a thrilling mix of crime, mystery and pulp fiction.
