Channel24 South Africa revealed that Johnny Depp is being sued.
A film crew member says Depp twice punched him on an LA movie set.
The crew member then says he was fired when he refused to promise not to sue over the incident.
The crew member is location manager Greg "Rocky" Brooks.
Brooks says Depp punched him when the production had to stop shooting due to permit restrictions.
Brooks said Depp smelled of alcohol and appeared intoxicated as he shouted obscenities.
Depp then "angrily and forcefully" punched Brooks twice in the rib cage.
Depp then yelled "I will give you one hundred thousand dollars to punch me in the face right now!"
