The dispute over who is representing Stan Lee has finally been resolved in a Los Angeles courtroom. When lawyer Tom Lallas tried to extend a temporary restraining order against Lee?s former manager? Lallas was denied the motion by a judge who wanted clarification on who represented Lee. Lee?s daughter and her attorneys provided a signed declaration by Lee denouncing Lallas. Instead his daughter?s lawyers asserted that they were the ones who truly represented Lee.
