Business Insider reports, "Chef chocolatier Amanda Lauder works at The Ganachery, which can be found at Disney Springs in Orlando, Florida. Lauder's Walt Disney World career started in 2002 when she participated in the Disney College Program, where she worked at the Grand Floridian Bake Shop." Lauder was mentored for 10 years by a master pastry chef at Disney named Erick Herbitschek. She slowly moved up throughout different Disney cooking establishment, until she opened 'The Ganachery' in December 2015. She now has 12 chocolatiers working for her and is the chef chocolatier for her favorite company Disney! Lauder's dreams came true!
