VIDEO : 'Netflix' Confirms 'Godzilla' Sequel Release Date

Netflix took fans by surprise earlier this year when they began a full effort into producing, and licensing more anime titles for the streaming service than ever. One of the biggest efforts was no doubt the Godzilla anime trilogy. Fans should hope the film goes on to as much success as the first film, as this will bring a new spin on the trilogy with Mechagodzilla playing a role in this film. The first in Toho and Netflix's new animated trilogy, Godzilla: Planet of the Monsters, was released in Japan on November 2017 (and on Netflix domestically in 2018).
