According to a report by Comicbook.com, Solo: A Star Wars Story writer Jon Kasdan is currently hard at work penning the fifth Indiana Jones film. Kasdan is reportedly replacing previous writer David Koepp, who had been working on the project since 2016 and had previously written Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull. The next adventure of Indiana Jones will be directed by Steven Spielberg, and will reportedly be Harrison Ford's last outing as the title character. Comicbook.com points out that many expect the next film to introduce a new character that Ford will pass the torch off to.
