Kim captioned the photo with the words ?Chi? and ?Noel,? causing speculation. According to Us Weekly this caption led fans to believe that Chicago?s middle name is Noel. If so, then Chicago?s middle name would be the same as her mother?s: Kimberly Noel Kardashian.
