According to Screenrant, Josh Brolin says in a new interview that it took a little while to get into the character of Cable and it wasn't really until 'Deadpool 2' was complete that he and Ryan Reynolds began to mesh. Brolin says, "I do like the way it turned out. But I thought I could have been better. But then it clicked on the press tour. I got to know Ryan better. I trust him more. And we started this volley where it was like, 'This is actually fun.'" Brolin then added that he believes the upcoming 'X-Force' movie will allow him a chance to shine now, saying, "I literally want to redeem myself to myself. I want to do a better version of what I do."
