VIDEO : Is DC's New Streaming Service Purposefully Ignoring The DCEU?

Is DC Universe outright ignoring the DC Extended Universe?
DC Entertainment recently announced it's own streaming service.
According to Screen Rant, the service will be home to an archive of DC comics and WB Animated series.
However, there is no word if the new streaming service will have DCEU movies.
There may be a logical solution that links into the very nature of the service.
The DCEU movies may have pre-existing streaming deals that could clash with the DC Universe launch plans.
