According to TheWrap, don't count Comcast out in the bid for Fox just yet.
The telecom giant may still have a chance at 21st Century Fox?s film and TV entertainment assets.
Disney gained approval from the Department of Justice for its $71.3 billion acquisition.
To make the deal official, Disney must divest Fox?s 22 regional sports networks within 90 days.
This divestment is a governmental condition, in order to clear antitrust approval.
With the Feds signed off, all that?s left is a vote by each company?s shareholders to seal the deal.
However, with no rescheduled shareholder meeting to vote on Disney, the door is open.
But the clock is ticking.
