According to a report by CNN, one day after Hether Locklear's arrest, authorities responded to a medical call at her home in Thousand Oaks, California. On Sunday, Locklear was arrested on two misdemeanor counts of battery on emergency personnel, two months after pleading not guilty of battery on a peace officer in an unrelated incident. Ventura County Sheriff Sgt. Eric Buschow described Locklear as "extremely intoxicated and very uncooperative" as she was handcuffed and taken into custody. CNN reports that in April, Locklear pleaded not guilty to four counts of misdemeanor battery on a peace officer and one count of resisting, obstructing or delaying a peace officer after she was arrested following a domestic violence call at her home in February.
