VIDEO : Instagram Launches IGTV Long-Form Videos

Instagram launched its YouTube competitor, IGTV, last week.
IGTV supports video up to 60 minutes long.
Refinery29 reports one billion monthly users spend almost an hour on Instagram every day.
Instagram co-founder Mike Krieger said the company is learning a lot from the first few weeks.
"The length helps [IGTV] feel different than Stories. The permanence helps as well.
