VIDEO : The Academy Invites More Than 900 To Become Members

The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences has invited 928 people to join them. According to SFGate this is part of their goal to double their non-white and female members. Some of those invited to join are J.K. Rowling, Rapper Kendrick Lamar, Emilia Clarke, Gina Rodriguez, And Dave Chappelle, among more.
