Victoria Secret model Devon Windsor is officially engaged to boyfriend Johnny Dex. According to Access, Dex proposed to her by flying over a private island. Windsor thought she was going to a photoshoot but when she looked down she saw the question. She then posted a second photo of Dex down on one knee, proposing to her. The model posted a photos on Instagram saying it was the ?best day? of her life.
