Newser confirms that the 56-year-old was arrested yet again Sunday night and accused of assaulting a police officer and an EMT, initially reported by TMZ. US Weekly shares that she is currently being held in California's Ventura County Jail on $20,000 bail and awaiting a court appearance Tuesday. A family member called police Sunday to report that the former Melrose Place star was drunk and highly agitated, and Locklear allegedly punched a responding officer and kicked an EMT while she was being placed on a gurney.
