The tooth fairy is a known story among American kids where they get money in exchange for their lost teeth. Yet a wealthy tooth fairy visited Willow Sage, the daughter of Carey Hart and singer Pink. On Hart?s Instagram he showed a picture of her daughter holding a tooth and a $100 bill. Hart said: ?We settled on 100 bucks for 1 shot at pulling her tooth out.? Although Willow did receive $100 for her tooth, it may be part of a bet rather than a normal tooth payment.
