The Los Angeles County District Attorney?s Office is not pursuing charges against Scott Baio. According to SFGate, Baio is accusing Nicole Eggert of lying to advance her career. Eggert accused Baio of sexual misconduct. Baio said Eggert was trying to destroy his reputation and harm his family He said: ?It?s hard to imagine anyone taking her seriously again.?
