VIDEO : Apple Inks Content Deal With Oprah

In an effort to release more original content, Apple inked a multiyear deal with Oprah. She has agreed to create original programming for their streaming service.
The announcement was made on Friday, although Apple has not yet launched their component.
Their major competitors are expected to include Amazon and Netflix.
Winfrey recently extended her contract, as the CEO of the OWN channel through 2025.
Winfrey has an exclusive on-camera deal with her company, OWN, but can "appear elsewhere on a limited basis."
