VIDEO : Is ?Jerry Springer? Totally Canceled?

Has ? Jerry Springer,? one of the longest-running talk shows, been canceled after 27 seasons?
It is not officially confirmed. But multiple sources have hinted to Us Weekly that the end may be near.
An announcement was made on Wednesday that the CW will air a mix of pre-produced original episodes and repeats.
And while some say the network may order more episodes eventually, another source confirmed that the Springer crew was laid off and had a wrap party on June 8.
It was reportedly full of "cocktails, drag queens" and graphics that read, ?I survived The Jerry Springer Show.?
Jerry Springer, a tabloid based show, launched in 1991 and has shot nearly 4,000 episodes.
Springer, 74, admits that he doesn't watch the show himself, adding, "The show is a one-hour escape. It?s not great literature. If I were in college, would I watch it? Hell, yeah. I wouldn?t watch it now, but I?m a 74-year-old man. It?s not aimed at me. It?s aimed at college kids."
He also admitted in February that he may retire soon.
He explained, ?When you reach this age, it?s almost on a year-to-year basis. Take a look at the schedule I have: five shows a week, the podcast, the America?s Got Talent national tour, political speeches and fundraising.?
