VIDEO : Starz Renews Freshman Drama ?Vida? For A Second Season

Starz has renewed the half-hour drama 'Vida' for a second season. According to The Hollywood Reporter, a return date and episode count for the show has not yet been determined. The series centers on two Mexican-American sisters from the East Side of Los Angeles who learn about their mother's sexual identity. 'Vida' premiered on May 6 to stellar reviews with THR's Daniel Fienberg calling the program "authentic, grounded and like few other shows on TV.
