A new museum in the Austrian Alps will showcase one of the backdrops to a recent James Bond movie. CNN reports that 007 Elements is a new immersive installation celebrating Bond movies from the past and present. The museum sits beside the glacial ice Q restaurant featured in "Spectre" on Gaislachkogl mountain in Sölden.
The museum opens July 12th and can be reached by cable car. Creative director Neal Callow says, "[Cable car owner Jakob Falkner] wanted to extend the longevity of the relationship between 007 and his ski resort, which is Sölden, to bring more tourists to the resort from other parts of the world, or people who aren't necessarily skiers, or people who want to visit the Alps."
