According to Comicbook.com, the latest actress to join the 'Sonic the Hedgehog' movie line-up is 'Ride Along' star Tika Sumpter. Rumors indicate James Marsden may be Sumpter's co-star in the live-action/animation hybrid film. The Sonic the Hedgehog franchise got its start on Sega back in 1991 as a video game. The film is slated for a November 15, 2019 release and will be the first ever Sonic the Hedgehog movie to grace the big screen.
