This summer will mark 17 years since the tragic loss of beloved singer and actor Aaliyah. Even after all this time, tributes to her continue thanks to her devoted fan base. Next month, M.A.C. cosmetics is launching an Aaliyah makeup collection. The brand called Aaliyah the "trailblazer of a generation." Allure reports that it's not only fans that have been waiting for the collection, it's also Aaliyah's family. Aaliyah's older brother Rashad Haughton said that the company asked him and his mother for permission before considering the product line. Her brother said, "It was a no-brainer because of how much my sister loved M.A.C. and how she used it in her everyday life and her career."
