Harvey Weinstein is facing three felony counts, including multiple rape and criminal sexual act charges. According to CNN Weinstein has pleaded not guilty on all charges. Defense Attorney Benamin Brafman is arguing that Weinstein ?did not invent the casting couch in Hollywood.? This means that Brafman is trying to fram Weinstein actions as simply ?bad behavior.? Yet in an era where Bill Cosby was just convicted of sexual assault this defense may not work anymore.
