VIDEO : Trailer Released For Futuristic Steampunk 'Mortal Engines'

Universal Pictures has released the trailer for the apocalyptic film "Mortal Engines."
The film was adapted from of Phillip Reeves' post-apocalyptic, steampunk novel.
The movie is directed by Oscar-winning visual-effects artist Christian Rivers
The script was written by Peter Jackson, Fran Walsh and Philippa Boyens.
Following a war that's ravaged the Earth, mankind has found a new way of living.
Cities have been mobilized, with engines, gears, and wheels attached to them.
Now, Bigger moving cities roam the Earth, ruthlessly preying upon smaller traction towns.
The film stars Hugo Weaving, Frankie Adams and Stephen Lang.
"Mortal Engines" opens in theaters on December 14th.
