George Clooney is receiving AFI?s Life Achievement Award on June 7th. In an interview with the Hollywood Reporter Clooney revealed which film had a big influence on him. Clooney said that ?Batman & Robin? made him realize he needed ?to take control? of the films he made. But he said that the medical drama ?ER? was the project that made him feel like ?he made it.? As for actors influencing his work? Clooney said Paul Newman and Gregory Peck were actors he loved.
