Richard Simmons and his caretaker Teresa Reveles are filing a lawsuit against a private investigator. The two alleged that the investigator put a tracking device Reveles? car for over a year. The fitness guru claims they are trying to gather information about him. According to the lawsuit the investigator is employed by tabloids such as the National Enquirer. The lawsuit says the tabloid gain information for monetary gains ?and to embarrass and humiliate celebrities.?
