Claire Danes went into labor during the airing of the **Homeland** season 3 finale.
The actress stars in the Showtime drama.
She recounted the story of giving birth in 2013 on ABC's "Jimmy Kimmel Live" on Thursday.
Danes said she was reading **Homeland** reviews when she went into labor.
"Three in the morning, when you're looking for feedback, what you mean is: 'Who hates me and how much?'" Claire Danes
"It didn't take long to find the worst possible reviews available on the internet. It kind of occurred to me, 'I think I'm in labor, I think this is happening and I'm reading bad reviews.' I don't think it gets more masochistic than that." Claire Danes
Danes and husband Hugh Dancy are currently expecting their second child.
