Michael Jackson's Estate is suing Disney following 'The Last Days of Michael Jackson.'
The network recently aired a special chronicling the last days of the pop superstar.
The suit statues that the estate was "genuinely shocked" after watching the special.
It called it a "a mediocre look back at Michael Jackson?s life and entertainment career."
It also says that Disney swiped the Estate's intellectual property.
