Former Road Rules star Brian Lancaster?s cause of death has been revealed two months after his death.
The MTV star died at 43 years old at his Pennsylvania home in March.
According to Radar Online, he accidentally overdosed on drugs.
The cause of death was fentanyl, heroin and ethanol intoxication with the manner of death being accidental.
He was laid to rest in a private memorial service in April.
