Current ?Bachelorette? Becca Kufrin, spoke on BUILD Tuesday about the helpful present three former bachelorettes gave her before her season of the ABC dating show.
Kufrin said, "They actually made me a little 'bachelorette bible' that I still have with me"
"It included everything. Like the little things that said, 'Always keep Listerine strips on you because you never know when you're going to kiss.'"
Kufrin said she wants to add her own advice to the "Bible" and pass it on.
She said, "The main piece of advice that I took to heart was to stay in-tune with yourself and follow your heart."
