ScreenRant reports that Avengers: Infinity Wars directors Anthony and Joe Russo believe fans should stop blaming Star-Lord for the epic Marvel blockbuster's bummer of an ending. In an interview with the Huffington Post, the directing duo claimed that while Star-Lord's lack of control may have seemed to fans like the moment that allowed Thanos to defeat the Avengers, that just isn't the case. The brothers argue that Star-Lord wasn't the only character to let their emotions get the best of them, and that he only contributed to a long list of reasons why the Avengers, for once, didn't come out on top.
