VIDEO : How Budget Of 'Deadpool 2' Effected Supervillain Role

In Deadpool 2, our hero fights bad guy, Juggernaut.
However, budgetary constrains prevented more bad guys from joining the movie.
The film was made for $110 million, a fraction of other super hero films budgets.
The budget prevented one of the film's other villains, Black Tom Cassidy, from showing his full powers.
Instead if being a full-fledged villain, he's just the butt of some of Deadpool's jokes.
---Black Tom was just in the movie as a supervillain who has incredible powers and all sorts of stuff. It was the studio that said 'You guys are over budget, you can't afford this. So his whole storyline got trimmed way back.---
