VIDEO : Weinstein Set To Surrender

Harvey Weinstein will surrender to authorities and be charged with a sex crime in New York.

The charges stem from Lucia Evans, who says the producer forced her to give him oral sex in 2004.

Sources say Weinstein will turn himself in at the Manhattan DA's office between 7am and 9am.

TMZ notes this is the farthest any of the investigations into accusations against Weinstein have gotten.
