Fans of the UFC will have to tune into a new channel to catch their favorite MMA events.
The UFC is moving from Fox Sports to ESPN in a five-year deal worth $1.5 billion.
ESPN and the UFC have agreed bring mixed martial arts to the Worldwide Leader in Sports
This may give the promotion its biggest audience ever, and is likely to introduce a whole new audience
Beginning in 2019, fights will appear on both ESPN and the network's over-the-top service ESPN+
And given its 24-hour news cycle, there will ample opportunity for self-promotion of ESPN's latest acquisition.
