Michael B. Jordan has signed on to voice the lead character of the upcoming Rooster Teeth series ?gen:LOCK.? The animated series takes place as Earth?s last free society, on the losing side of a global war, recruits a diverse team of young pilots to control the next generation of mecha ? giant, weaponized robot bodies. Jordan will voice Julian Chase, who leaves his life as a fighter pilot behind to become the first candidate for the program and finds his endurance ? as well as his very identity ? will be tested beyond anything he ever imagined.
