'Deadpool 2' is being projected to break the record for an R-rated movie's opening day in theatres. According to Deadline, the film could rake in as much as $52 million. This would break last year's opening of horror film 'IT', which took in $50.4 million. 'Deadpool 2' has already set one record, as its earnings from Thursday night made it the highest R-rated preview with $18.6 million. 'IT' also held that record with $13.5 million.
