Business Insider wrote, "It's a lemon sponge cake with elderflower syrup, lemon curd, and buttercream.
In total the cake contains 500 eggs, 44 pounds of butter, 200 lemons, flour, and sugar.
The ingredient portions are so large, because 600 guests will be enjoying the delicious on the big day.
