HBO is set to air a 4-hour docuseries about **Serial** subject Adnan Syed.
**The Case Against Adnan Syed** re-examines the events of 18-year-old Hae Min Lee's murder.
In 1999, Hae Min Lee was murdered and Syed, her ex-boyfriend, was convicted of the crime.

In June 2016, a judge vacated Syed's conviction and granted him a new trial.
