According to The CW, horror dramedy 'iZombie' has officially been renewed for a fifth season. The series, which debuted in 2015 and is based on the Vertigo comic of the same name, follows actress Rose McIver's Liv Moore, a zombie medical examiner who feeds on human brains as a way to solve murders. The program's ratings for season four have been close to those of season three, with an average of 0.792 million viewers per episode, and a 0.24 in the key 18-49 age demographic.
