I?ve been doing some thinking on past miscommunications and hurt feelings between us and wanted to clear the air.? In response to the gift, Taylor wrote with a heart emoji, ?Thank you Katy.? Their beef reportedly inspired Taylor?s 2015 song ?Bad Blood.? At the time, Swift told Rolling Stone without mentioning Perry?s name, ?For years, I was never sure if we were friends or not.?
