One photograph shows Princess Charlotte cradling her little brother, and they're both wearing hand-me-down outfits. Kate Middleton is a big fan of recycling clothes, and she seems to be carrying on the tradition with the newest royal family member. Just because they're royal doesn't mean they aren't thrifty. This is likely just the beginning of the recycled looks we'll see on Prince Louis since Kate has been known for recycling looks for all her children.
