The Film Academy expelled director Roman Polanski from its membership, but Samantha Geimer is not impressed.
?It is an ugly and cruel action which serves only appearance,? Geimer, now 55, said. ?They could at least expel him on his own, but to tag him onto Cosby, what a bunch of d-bags,? she continued.
The Film Academy voted on Tuesday to expel both Roman Polanski and Bill Cosby after Cosby was convicted last week of aggravated indecent assault.
Geimer was 13 in 1977, when Polanski admittedly had sex with her. She told Vanity Fair this week that she was skeptical of the motives behind the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences? decision.
