On Thursday, comedian Bill Cosby was found guilty of three counts of aggravated indecent assault, a penalty that could be paired with up to 10 years in prison (per count).
He was convicted of a 2004 drugging and sexual assault of Andrea Constand, one of over 60 women who alleged Cosby of misconduct.
Celebrities were quick to respond to Cosby's guilty verdict.
Comedian Larry Wilmore wrote, "Believe the women."
Actor/ Me Too activist Rose McGowan said "(I'm) profoundly happy that Cosby's victims, his survivors are shedding tears of relief today."
Chelsea Handler added, "I wonder how long it?s going to take Trump to announce he?s going to pardon Bill Cosby."
And Patricia Arquette wrote, "The state of America is this- even with dozens of accusers we were all afraid Bill Cosby would walk."
